Changing your Email Password using Outlook Web Access 

Follow the instructions below to reset your PSEA.NET password using Outlook Web Access.

  • Go to https://mail.psea.net/exchange and login to your Webmail account with your PSEA username and password.

  • Click on Options on the bottom left hand side of the Outlook Web Access window.

  • Scroll down the "Options" window that opens to Password

    [Change Password]

  • Click on the Change Password button and in the window which opens enter the information requested.

    [Setpass]

     

  • The new password you choose should contain at least 6 characters made up of letters and numbers.
     
  • In the Domain Field type in PSEA.NET
  • In the Account Field type in your PSEA Username

  • Click on OK

  • A window opens to confirm that your password has been changed, or if there is a problem a warning message is displayed.

  • If successful click on OK

  • If your attempt to change your password is unsuccessful a window opens to tell you what the problem is. Password reset failures usually occur because information has been entered incorrectly. Click on the Change Password button again and re-enter your information.
