How the plan works
|
PSEA provides an Accidental
Death Benefit for you at no cost through American
Income Life Insurance Company. This benefit can
help protect your family from the financial burden that
death could bring if you die accidentally for
any reason while covered by the plan.

If you die while covered
by this plan, your beneficiary will receive $2,000

Beneficiary
|
You must designate a beneficiary
in writing and file it with American Income Life. If
you do not, the benefit will be paid to your estate
and may be taxed.
